Build physical vitality, balance your glandular system and strengthen the nervous system. Also purifies your body, relieves stress, and calms the mind. Includes sets of exercises, breath-work, and meditations.

These sessions will apply moderate stress to connective tissue, improving your flexibility and increasing circulation in joints. It's slow-paced style of yoga, where poses are held for longer periods of time. Passive & relaxing, yet challenging.

Hatha yoga consists of postures that work to strengthen and align the body, with physical health and balance as your primary goals.
